Dental Care’s FAQ

It's generally recommended to visit the dentist for a regular check-up and cleaning every six months. However, the frequency might vary based on your individual oral health needs. Our experienced team will assess your situation and provide personalized recommendations.

Good oral hygiene is essential for maintaining healthy teeth and gums. Make sure to:

Brush your teeth at least twice a day using fluoride toothpaste.

Floss daily to remove food particles and plaque from between your teeth.

Maintain a balanced diet and limit sugary snacks and drinks.

Use mouthwash as recommended by your dentist.

Replace your toothbrush every three to four months.

We recommend scheduling your baby's first dental visit around their first tooth appears, or around their first birthday, whichever comes first. This early visit allows us to monitor their oral development, offer guidance on proper oral hygiene, and address any concerns you might have about their oral health. Starting dental visits early helps establish a positive dental experience for your child and contributes to a lifetime of healthy smiles.
